Usage method | In the use of pressure sensitive adhesives and adhesives, it is usually 1-3% of the solid content of the emulsion, and the pH value of the emulsion is 8.0 to 9.5, and it is best to use it in acidic media. This product is mainly cross-linked with the carboxyl group in the emulsion, generally used at room temperature, and the baking effect is better at 50 ~ 80℃. Customers should test and determine according to their own process needs. This product is a two-component crosslinking agent, should be added in advance, the best adding method is the crosslinking agent and water according to 1:1 ratio of miscible, and then immediately added to the system to stir evenly. Once added to the system, it is recommended to use within 12 hours, otherwise it will form a certain gel phenomenon. Before the use of varnish, paint and ink, because of its excellent miscibility, it can be stirred by hand, the best method is: first the crosslinking agent and water 1:1 miscibility and then add to the system. It is best for customers to test their own application period according to the actual use temperature and emulsion system. At the same time, this product has a slightly irritating ammonia smell, should be handled carefully and avoid direct contact with the skin and eyes, as far as possible in a ventilated environment.
