Product Description
YH-928 has good weather resistance, yellowing resistance, moisture resistance, and heat aging resistance, good adhesion on the PVC substrate, activation temperature 110-130 degrees, and good interlayer adhesion to the printing ink after activation.
Product features:

Suitable for Hot-activated PVC precoating film, Business card printing laminate film, Floor laminate film, Quick plate laminate film, and other PVC hot laminate field, as well as Certificate card laminated film, ETC card, Membership card laminated film, and other thermal activation laminated composite film.
2. Good resistance to weather, yellowing, moisture, and heat aging;
3. Excellent adhesion on the PVC substrate, and good interlayer adhesion to the printing ink after activation;
4. Activation temperature 110-130 degrees.

Method of application:
PVC film is processed in the front, and the prepared PU (plus anti-stick, leveling, defoams, water) is coated with the screw once. The amount of coating is determined according to the fastness needs, and the appropriate amount is not less than 15 grams per square of wet glue, and the hot air can be dried at no more than 65 degrees.
Packaging and Storage:
The packaging specifications include 50KG, 150KG, 200KG plastic drums, and ton packages (plastic drums).
This product should be stored in a well-ventilated and dry indoor environment, avoiding direct sunlight. It can be transported and stored at a temperature range of 5-35ºC. The effective storage period is six months from the date of packaging.
