YH-9870A/B
Introduction:
YH-9870A/B is a universal two-component polyurethane adhesive with a wider range of applicability and higher performance, with high initial tack and high peel strength for composite products.Features:
Plastic/plastic composite products can withstand 100℃, 30- minute water-boiling sterilization and can be used to make flexible packaging bags that require vacuum and water-boiling sterilization.
It is suitable for aluminum foil, pre-treated BOPP, PET, NY, VMCPP, VMPET, CPP, PE film, and pharmaceutical aluminum foil packaging composite.paper composite
Application areas: can be used for the composite of aluminum foil with various plastic films, but 100℃ aluminum-plastic water-boiling packaging is not guaranteed.
The film needs to be treated with corona treatment before application and should have sufficient dynes.
For example: NY, PET ≥ 52dN, BOPP, PE, CPP ≥ 38dN

1. GB 9685-2008 "Hygienic Standard for the use of Additives for food containers and packaging Materials".

The adhesive can be used in solvent of ethyl acetate, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, etc. It is recommended to use ethyl acetate. When the composite film with high quality requirements is manufactured, the water content of the solvent shall not exceed 0.03% and the alcohol content shall not exceed 0.02%.
Method of application:
Blend: 5 YH-9870A with 1 YH-9870B
Dilution: Firstly add ethyl acetate to the main agent, stir thoroughly, and then add curing agent. The curing agent must be poured out, or reserve a small amount ethyl acetate to wash it out then stir thoroughly.
Coating method: It can be applied to the coating of any smooth roller and mesh roller.
Working concentration: Generally recommend to use the concentration of 20-40%, the best use of the concentration is 30%. Dry base coating amount is between 2.0-4.0g /m 2.
Dry: There must be sufficient air volume, speed and temperature. Temperature control from the inlet to outlet should at 50-60 ℃, 60-70 ° C and 70-80 ° C.
Laminating: Under the condition that the roller does not damage the film, the pressure and temperature of the composite roller should be increased as much as possible. The temperature is generally controlled at 50-80 ° C. Films that are susceptible to temperature are used at 50-60 ℃, and other films can be used at 70-80 ℃.
Solidification: At the temperature 50±5 ℃ , maturing period for ordinary products is 24hours, and for Pasteurized products more than 48 hours.
Package:
Main agent 20kg/ barrel, Curing agent 4kg/barrel.
Storage:
This product should be stored in a cool and dry place, the main agent is valid for 1 year, the curing agent is valid for 10 months.
Special Notice:
1. The PE and PP films must be processed by corona treatment, and the surface tension should be greater than 38m N /m as far as possible;The surface tension of PA film shall not be less than 52m N/m; The surface tension of PET film shall not be less than 52 m N /m.
2. According to the water content of the solvent, the air humidity, the type of printing ink and the residue of solvent after printing, the dosage of curing agent should be adjusted appropriately.
3. The temperature and humidity of the environment have a great influence on the storage time of the configured adhesive liquid. In high temperature and high humidity weather, should prepare the glue in small amount by multiple times in order to avoid waste. The environmental humidity has an obvious influence on the laminating process, and the dosage of curing agent should be appropriately increased in high temperature and high humidity season.
4. During the laminating process, check and control the viscosity of the glue.
5.Residual glue can not be used in principle. If the amount of residual liquid is too much, after dilution, it can be kept in airtight containers. In the next day, it could be used as diluent incorporated into the newly formulated glue. But should not used in high quality required products. As if phenomenon of white discoloration,semi-turbid transparency or thickening occurs, can not continue to use.
6. The types and concentration of additives in the plastic films have an impact on the bonding strength of the film, and should be carefully selected before use.
7. Do not mix this product with other adhesives. If necessary, please consult our technical department.
8. Pay attention to fire prevention and eliminate static electricity.
