Flame retardant YH-603
Description:
Flame retardant is prepared by organophosphorus-nitrogen compounds, weak cation, suitable for a variety of fabric flame retardant finishing agent, used in cellulose, wool, polyester, acrylic, polypropylene and natural fiber and chemical fiber mixed fabrics.
Properties:
1, good flame retardant effect
2, suitable for a variety of fiber composition and organizational structure of fabrics
3, good heat resistance
4, no yellowing, even under high temperature conditions
5, recommended dosage conditions are not easy to frost
6, will not affect the strength of the fabric 7, not washable
technical parameters:
Clear to slightly turbid liquid
at 20° C density of about 1.2g/cm3
pH value of about 4.0
Easily soluble in cold water insensitive to water hardness
Application:
Dissolve603 in cold water and then add to the working bath.
Dipping process: 200-600g/I 603 Drying temperature 110-160℃ When 603is used with fluorocarbon resin, water repellent, N-methyl compound or feel regulator, it is recommended to do a pre-test to confirm the respective dosage.
It can also be soaked or sprayed to dry naturally.
Packing method: 120 kg/barrel storage: The product is sensitive to frost and heat, avoid storing in the environment below 0℃ or above 40℃, otherwise it will cause irreversible qualitative change.
